is an Indian sweet dish which originally belongs to Rajasthan Cuisine, but is more popular in all over India and abroad..Kalakand is made with milk, sugar, paneer and condensed milk and some dry fruit.


Traditionally Kalakand is made with large amount of milk which thickened slowly and then add sugar and cardamom flavor and decorated by some dry fruits, which takes long time to prepare. But nowadays nobody have enough time to prepare with old method. Everyone wants quick and easy which prepares in minutes.


Here I follow quick and easy method with simple three ingredients milk, paneer and condensed milk. Kalakand can be prepare easily with this method in only 10 – 15 minutes. I always had milk and paneer in my refrigerator, just add condensed milk and Kalakand is prepared in minutes.


Kalakand can be prepared with different type of flavors like vanilla, saffron, rose, but traditionally kalakand is prepared with cardamom powder which is liked by all. This Diwali light up your home with this simple easy and yummy dessert and make sure you get quality.


So, Let’s Start Now,


Milk – 1 glass
Paneer – 200 gm
Condensed milk – 150 gm
Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp


Sliced almonds – 1 tbsp
Sliced pistachios – 1 tbsp


1.Mix milk, paneer and condensed milk in a pan.
2.Cook the mixture till it become thick.
3.Keep stirring to avoid burning up.
4.After thickening spread on greased plate.
5.Sprinkle cardamom powder on it.
6.Garnished with sliced almonds and pistachios.
7.Cool it completely.
8.Cut in square shape.
9. Your Kalakand is ready to enjoy.
